Will your products work on my hair?

Everyone is different, what works one person may not work for another. The only way to know is if you try. It can't hurt to try...especially if you tried everything else. Its a process, trust the process.

If it doesn't work for you, we challenge you to donate it to a woman's shelter or give it to someone you think could use it!

Do Sophisticated Curls have a refund policy or exchange policy?

At this time all sales are final.

Right now we are only offering exchanges for items that are received damaged.

 

once items are shipped we are not responsible for damage but if we are however contacted at the time items are received, we are willing to replace damaged items. It has to be within 24 hours of receiving the damaged items.

 

The items I purchased and receive are damaged! What do I do?
